While I am still baffled by the company’s poor communication with its customers, the rest of my Seeds of Change order arrived yesterday. Sort of. At the end of my packing slips I saw that one of the back ordered items were cancelled. Again, no communication or warning, just an addendum to the order after the fact. I still am not sure what I have actually been charged. If you want to read about my original complaint, go here.

So I have most of my seeds which I will start tomorrow and hopefully have healthy little sprouts to transplant in early May. I did, however, visit Cit E Scapes on the near south side of Indy. The owner took a good amount of time to talk to me about the best strategies for accomplishing my gardening goals and even got on the horn to track down some stuff I wanted that she doesn’t keep on site. Needless to say I’ll be back on Saturday to pick up what I need to get these seeds started, a couple trays of cold weather crop starts and few bags of compost.
